The rules that govern the use of the aworix.agency site and client area, for you as for us.

1. Purpose and acceptance
These terms govern access to and use of the aworix.agency site, including its contact form and client area. By browsing the site or using any of its services, you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
2. Who we are
The site is published by AWORIX, a creative and technology studio based in Cotonou, Benin. Information about the publisher and the host is available in the legal notice.
3. Access to the site
The site is accessible free of charge to anyone with internet access, wherever they are. AWORIX strives to keep it available but does not guarantee continuous access: it may be interrupted for maintenance, updates or technical reasons, without notice or compensation.
4. Intellectual property
The text, visuals, brand identity, logo, structure and code of the site are the property of AWORIX, unless stated otherwise. Any reproduction or reuse without prior written authorisation is prohibited.
The trademarks, logos and projects of our clients shown in our work remain the property of their respective owners and are shown with their authorisation. Concept projects are labelled as such. Their presence on the site does not constitute a transfer of rights or a licence to use them.
5. Contact form and diagnosis request
The form lets you tell us about your project. The information you provide must be accurate. Sending a request creates no commitment, for you or for AWORIX: a collaboration exists only after a quote is accepted in writing or a contract is signed.
How your data is used is described in the privacy policy.
6. Client area
The client area is reserved for AWORIX clients. It lets you follow a project's progress and retrieve shared documents and deliverables. Access is granted using the email address you provided us.
You are responsible for how your access is used and must notify us without delay of any suspicious activity. Documents made available to you are confidential and intended for you alone, unless otherwise agreed.
AWORIX may suspend access in the event of use contrary to these terms or at the end of the contractual relationship.
7. Prohibited uses
It is prohibited, without this list being exhaustive, to:
- attempt to access data, accounts or parts of the site not intended for you;
- disrupt the operation of the site or its services (attacks, mass requests, malicious code);
- collect the site's content in an automated way for commercial purposes;
- send unlawful content or unsolicited messages through the form;
- impersonate another person.
8. External links
The site contains links to third-party services (social media, WhatsApp, etc.). AWORIX does not control these sites and is not responsible for their content or practices.
9. Liability
Information on the site is provided for guidance and may change. AWORIX takes the greatest care over its accuracy but cannot guarantee it is complete or error-free. AWORIX cannot be held liable for indirect damages resulting from use of the site, to the extent permitted by law.
10. Services and commercial terms
This document does not govern the services we provide for you. Price, timelines, payment terms, the number of revisions included, and cancellation and, where applicable, refund terms are set out in the quote or contract signed for each project.
11. Changes
AWORIX may change these terms at any time, in particular in the event of changes to the site or to regulations. The version in force is the one published on this page, with its update date.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Beninese law. In the event of a dispute, and failing an amicable resolution, exclusive jurisdiction is granted to the courts of Cotonou, Republic of Benin.
