How your personal data is collected, used and protected when you browse aworix.agency or contact us.

2. Data collected

We only collect what you voluntarily send us through the "Request a diagnosis" form: full name and email (needed for us to respond), and, if you choose, company, phone/WhatsApp, country, sector, project type, estimated budget and message. These last fields are optional.

If you are a client, the client area also processes your login email address, your name and your organisation, as well as project-tracking information and the documents we share with you there.

The site currently uses no audience-measurement tool, no advertising pixel, and sets no tracking cookies. Should this change, this policy will be updated accordingly.

3. Purpose of processing

Your data is used only to review your request, get back to you, and follow up on any resulting project. It is never sold, rented or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.

4. Legal basis

Processing is based on your consent, expressed by ticking the consent checkbox and then voluntarily submitting the form, and where applicable on the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at your request.

5. Retention period

3 years from the last exchange if no collaboration is undertaken; for the entire duration of the contractual relationship and applicable legal time limits otherwise.

6. Recipients

Your data is reserved for the AWORIX team, except for technical service providers strictly necessary to the site's operation: contact@aworix.agency

  • Vercel: site hosting and storage of client-area documents;
  • Formspree: receiving requests sent through the contact form;
  • Clerk: authentication and login to the client area;
  • Neon: client-area database.

Some of these providers are located outside Benin, notably in the United States. They act only on our behalf and do not use your data for their own purposes.

7. Security

AWORIX implements reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, alteration or disclosure.

8. Your rights

In accordance with Law No. 2017-20 of 20 April 2018 on the Digital Code of the Republic of Benin, you have a right of access, rectification, erasure and objection over your data. To exercise it, contact; we respond within a reasonable time.

9. Complaints

You may file a complaint with Benin's Data Protection Authority (APDP) if you believe your rights are not being respected.

10. Cookies

No audience-measurement, advertising or tracking cookie is currently used. Only strictly technical cookies, related to signing in to the client area (Clerk service), are set, without requiring prior consent. For details, see the cookie policy.

11. Changes

This policy may be changed at any time, in particular in the event of regulatory changes. Any change takes effect as soon as it is published on the site.
